Booking & Service Policy

Clear expectations make for better celebrations.


This page outlines how we book services, handle deposits, and manage changes along the way. Our goal is to be transparent, thoughtful, and easy to work with — so everyone feels confident moving forward.


What to Expect When Working Together

Working with Beyond the Apron Events is a collaborative, thoughtful process rooted in clear communication and trust. From the initial inquiry through event execution, you can expect honest guidance, organized planning, and attention to the details that matter most to you. We’ll ask good questions, offer experienced recommendations, and keep things moving with intention — while always leaving room for creativity, flexibility, and joy along the way.


Inquiries & Proposals

All inquiries begin with an initial consultation or inquiry form submission. Based on the details provided, we’ll share availability, scope, and pricing information. Proposals and estimates are provided for planning purposes and are not considered confirmed until a written agreement is signed and any required deposit is received.


Booking & Deposits

A signed agreement and deposit are required to reserve your date and services. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Remaining balances and payment schedules will be outlined in your agreement.


Payments

Payments may be collected via invoice or through a trusted third-party payment processor. Full payment must be received according to the timeline outlined in your agreement in order for services to be provided.


Changes & Revisions

We understand that event details can evolve. Reasonable changes or revisions are welcome and will be accommodated when possible. Significant changes to scope, guest count, timing, or deliverables may result in additional fees and will be communicated clearly before moving forward.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are non-refundable, and rescheduling is subject to availability. Additional fees may apply depending on timing and circumstances.


Event Details & Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely information related to event details, timelines, and preferences. Beyond the Apron Events is not responsible for delays or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information.


Force Majeure

Beyond the Apron Events is not liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to acts of nature, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, we will communicate promptly and work together toward a reasonable solution.
